Another excellent experience with Thrive Midtown this time two years later. Our dog had stomach issues and I knew it would be very difficult to get an appointment with our usual vet right after Christmas. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online at this Thrive location the day prior. They text you both the paperwork as well as the invoice so you can pay from your phone. Went there yesterday for the first time and it will certainly not be my last. Was late due to circumstances out of my control and they still were able to see my dog. They were understanding. Second was that my dog was a total menace and Mariah and Lola were equally kind and understanding and even liked my dog. When they took my dog to the back for some tests, they said he was calm and all, so that's good. Cost-wise it wasn't that bad and everything was electronic which is not bad either.

Go to this place, they will help your pets and they all were so nice to me and my baby Coco. All three ladies that I saw today were some of the best staff I've seen to treat people like me who are stressed with respect and kindness. I left today knowing that my pet will be ok and he was in good hands with all the ladies. Thank you everyone and thank you Dr. Brooklyn Flaherty!!!

First brought my baby girl here May 2020 and they're still my preferred vet. They're so patient with my dog that gets super nervous during her appointments. I love that I'm able to text them if I have any questions and I'm able to access all of my dog's vaccine records through the app. The staff is also a big reason why I'm still coming here- they've always been friendly and helpful!

I had a really good experience with Thrive in Midtown! I recently adopted my cat, Mitzi, and made an appointment for her yearly vaccinations. I researched several vet offices but Thrive was highly recommended by a close friend who works in the veterinarian field. As soon as I arrived, I was escorted to a exam room and the appointment didn't take long at all! Our vet tech, Deseray, was very professional and friendly and Mitzi warmed up to her right away.
