They were absolutely great with my dog! She's not the easiest at the vet, but the staff was so patient and kind with her. We were in and out in under 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. Thank you all so much!
Love that they are open on weekends and they always treat my furbaby the best. I can early last Saturday for my appointment and they got me right on it with no attitude! I was so appreciative. Highly recommend

I love Thrive! Have been coming here for years. Even when they are short staffed they work fast and are so courteous to take their time answering any questions my fiancé or I may have. We just welcomed a new cat into our family and I was easily able to make an appointment and get him checked out. From basic check ups, times when we have had a sick doggy, to a small injury on our other cats eye they are always understanding and patience with us and our animals. I brought my dog in for a check up and some shots. I was told to come back in to pick up my dog’s rabies tags. When I came in they had lost my dog’s tags and were unwilling to make a new set or remedy the situation. I was told they would email me proof that my dog got his rabies shot. They didn’t even send the email. So I paid $180 and got no proof whatsoever that my dog has his shots and I still can’t take him to be boarded.
