The team at this location was incredible when my baby cat needed help. The bill without insurance was definitely expensive, but they were so understanding and genuinely willing to work with my budget. They helped remove anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary so my cat could still get the care she needed. While I was there, I also saw them give a small gift to someone who had just said goodbye to their fur baby. My mom took my cat in for an anal gland rupture, and she had the best vet experience of her LIFE !! Incredibly kind and helpful staff, didn’t try to upsell, took great care of the cat, actually went out of their way to accommodate her and my brother w special needs, helped her carry our overweight cat😹 — just an incredibly great team. I wanted to give a shout out to Dan, Dr. Schade, Brooklyn, and Melissa for such an incredible experience at the clinic. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. My dog absolutely loved the entire staff and I loved seeing the staff interact so much with my pup. I had the best experience at this emergency animal hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted us at the door with a stretcher ready for our dog and immediately made us feel cared for and supported during a stressful time. We were seen by Dr. Dean, who was absolutely amazing. This review is long overdue! A few months ago, our 3 month old puppy, Cowboy, had contracted parvo. After trying other vets in the area who had no openings and wouldn't take walk-ins, we decided to try this location. They got us in pretty quickly, considering the situation and just being a walk-in. All the staff was incredibly kind, and both the male vet tech and woman veterinarian were caring and helpful(Wish I would have gotten their names).
