This review is long overdue! A few months ago, our 3 month old puppy, Cowboy, had contracted parvo. After trying other vets in the area who had no openings and wouldn't take walk-ins, we decided to try this location. They got us in pretty quickly, considering the situation and just being a walk-in. All the staff was incredibly kind, and both the male vet tech and woman veterinarian were caring and helpful(Wish I would have gotten their names). I was going to write 2 reviews for 2 awesome vets at this location but it looks like I can only write one… so these reviews are for Dr. Coull and Dr. Graham. I highly recommend them both! I’ll start with Dr. Coull- He is very knowledgeable, kind, and obviously compassionate when it comes to animals and their welfare! That last one should be an obvious one for veterinarians but I have found that trait lacking in different vets I have taken my animals to in the last 20 years. My doggo Liam had surgery here and was treated very well. This is him right after, and was still a bit loopy from the meds :) I'm not sure if my spelling is correct, but Dr. Cool was awesome. If this vet hospital is or will be your vet, look into Thrive membership so you can save yourself some $.
My cat Tiger had an open wound and they gave me a same day appointment, they took care of his situation to the best of there ability....I'm very satisfied, this is my new to go Vetenarian location on Broadway❣️ Tiger is on the road to recovery with medications 😺
Took Chloe in because she was limping a bit, the Vet determined that it was nothing serious. The Dr. and the tech were great and had an instant rapport with her. Chloe’s shots were coming due so I got that done as well as a nail trimming. All in all it was a good visit and would have no problem recommending Thrive for all your pet needs. I also got a 10% senior citizen discount. Yay!
