Had an easy visit with a cat with some skin issues. My main complaint is the exam room had a lot of fur from previous pets. The receptionist was okay but didn’t seem terribly thrilled to answer my question about updating my cat’s age since I did it wrong online. She led me to a room, shot out that the tech would fix it and left me. As for the vet and tech, both great and listened to my concerns. My cat was comfortable with them. Pricing was pretty reasonable and on par with what I expected.

I love Thrive! Have been coming here for years. Even when they are short staffed they work fast and are so courteous to take their time answering any questions my fiancé or I may have. We just welcomed a new cat into our family and I was easily able to make an appointment and get him checked out. From basic check ups, times when we have had a sick doggy, to a small injury on our other cats eye they are always understanding and patience with us and our animals. I brought my dog in for a check up and some shots. I was told to come back in to pick up my dog’s rabies tags. When I came in they had lost my dog’s tags and were unwilling to make a new set or remedy the situation. I was told they would email me proof that my dog got his rabies shot. They didn’t even send the email. So I paid $180 and got no proof whatsoever that my dog has his shots and I still can’t take him to be boarded. I took my 13 year old dachshund for a physical and toenail trim. We were treated courteously, and so kind and gentle with my little boy. In and out in about 30 minutes. Pricing is very reasonable with their membership.

We have been dealing with our dog being sick for 2 months. They worked him in last minute day before Thanksgiving. Dr Dale was beyond amazing the tech Lindsay was so sweet. They both showed so much love and concern for him. She found out what was wrong with him and I am sure he’s on the right path to feeling better. Hands down one of the best vets I have seen and will be forever grateful for them.
