Thrive midtown has the best customer service! I look forward to seeing the staff, especially Lola! She’s always pleasant and will greet you with a smile. Not only is she’s professional and friendly but she remembers my name as well as both of my pets name. This is one of the reason I always make my appointments with this is because the the personable experience I receive from Lola! Thanks for all you do, Lola and staff!!

I called and spoke with Lola yesterday about my dog and she informed me about the process of my appointment and was very professional and kind. She has a very welcoming demeanor and gave me a lot of helping information regarding my dog! Today, when I had my appointment I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and Zariah helped assist us as well. Her demeanor was very warm and she answered all my questions I had. I absolutely LOVE this pet healthcare clinic. Every one in the office from the receptionist all the way to the doctors. Everyone is so friendly & kind. I always feel that my pet is well looked after & treated with care. Their pricing is very reasonable & they also offer an affordable membership that includes lots of pet healthcare perks. It’s the best of both worlds! I always have peace of mind bringing my pet here & you would too. xx

I’m a thrive pet plus member. Long time client of this location and unfortunately they are NEVER there for me when needed for my pet care it’s very sad actually. Not a dependable vet. Will be changing locations permanently. Courtney was not empathetic or helpful either. I had to beg to get some type of understanding or other option. Nothing until the end of call she finally mentions “I can put you on a waitlist” just pathetic. Save your time and go elsewhere your fur babies will be valued!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kerrwen Tanner. The whole team took great care of my dog and made sure that I understood what was going on with her health. The vet took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly, which I really appreciated! The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt confident that my dog was in good hands. I highly recommend Thrive Pet Heathcare at Midtown for its exceptional care and dedication!
