First brought my baby girl here May 2020 and they're still my preferred vet. They're so patient with my dog that gets super nervous during her appointments. I love that I'm able to text them if I have any questions and I'm able to access all of my dog's vaccine records through the app. The staff is also a big reason why I'm still coming here- they've always been friendly and helpful!

I had a really good experience with Thrive in Midtown! I recently adopted my cat, Mitzi, and made an appointment for her yearly vaccinations. I researched several vet offices but Thrive was highly recommended by a close friend who works in the veterinarian field. As soon as I arrived, I was escorted to a exam room and the appointment didn't take long at all! Our vet tech, Deseray, was very professional and friendly and Mitzi warmed up to her right away. THRIVE is amazing! Today was my first time seeing them and it was such a great experience. I adopted Ralphie a month ago from the shelter so he's quite timid. They showed him all the love! They treated him with such gentleness, he warmed up to everyone he interacted with quite quickly! The entire team made Ralph's first vet visit a pleasant one! Many thanks to Dr. Barksdale, Marcia, and JaMichael! (Ralphie says "big thanks to JaMichael for my treat bag!"

From the booking on their website, to the communication to the check in and then the exam, everything went wonderfully. I have a very anxious over the top cat and they handled him beautifully. Thank you all for taking such great care of my precious Houdini.

I have to say, I really do appreciate Thrive Midtown! They have been my go to since getting my puppy and have been there for me along the way. Whenever I pick up my puppy from the vet he is super happy and excited (which you'd never expect coming from the VET LOL) .They are very responsive and the vets are extremely accessible! Shout out to Micheal especially for his quality customer service at the front desk!

I love this place! Abby treats me like an old friend and always takes care of our 2 pups with such affection! The location is very convenient and everyone is so easy to work with!

I've taken my dog to this vet care a few times now because you can tell the staff really take care of your pets like they are family. It is more affordable compared to other vets but they don't do emergencies so if you have an emergency you have to go to Blue Pearl Westside. My dog has seen a couple of different doctors here during his visits and each one has been wonderful. Today we saw Dr. Barksdale and she was wonderful with my dog The only downside is that due to COVID you're not allowed inside at all during the visit. T... read more

Have been taking my puppy Riley to this location for over a year and EVERY single time the staff is amazing from the Doctors to the Vet techs to the PC. They always take the time to answer all my questions and explain any details I might need to know. Thank you to the entire staff and on our last visit Dr Barksdale, Kelly, J.j. and Michael.
