I thought the first session went well. I understood that she intended to see me the following week at the same time. Now the app is asking me to find a therapist at the time I was set for my next appointment. Ditching clients with no notification or email other than to please leave a review. This is not the mental health help I needed.
I have really enjoyed talking with Asha. She has really helped me understand things that I struggle with and given really good suggestions on how to approach issues that I deal with. She is a great listener. She also has helped me see things from a different perspective. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to our next session.
