Be wary of these people. I tried to make an appointment. I have 2 forms of insurance. He didn’t want my insurance information. He wanted my card information. He told me this up front. Within the first couple of sentences. I asked him why. He said in case you miss an appointment. I said I have never been asked this before. Then when he was trying to make an appointment I gave him information about my insurance. He said he couldn’t take my insurance right now. That would be another time. I either had to call, give my insurance information or provide information about my coverage, about a dozen times, JUST to set up my first appointment, which was cancelled, not by me, without explanation. I can only imagine how much of a disaster billing would have been for me, so I will not use any provider within the Thriveworks Network.

It was very helpful...Hudson is a great counselor or whatever the title is. He helps me go deeper 2 try 2 understand why I have the feelings that I have...

Thrive works is a fantastic place to start if you’re looking to try talk therapy. It’s easy to find someone in their program that can address your specific needs and be able to talk from the comfort of your home. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it. You’ve got nothing to lose and so much to gain from some help especially when you need it most.

We had a great first session with our clinician. We are disappointed with the fact that Thriveworks allowed us to book with her without confirming where she had her license, she informed us that she was unable to continue after the first session.. which is no fault of hers! Otherwise, we felt safe and comfortable being ourselves and opening up to our clinician.
