BEWARE! If you cancel an appointment within 48 hrs., you still pay $135 even if they don't answer your call! On top of that, we requested all future appointments be canceled, but they only did the next week's meeting. They ignored the actual request, probably figuring we'd not follow up and miss more appointments. Thank goodness I keep tabs on bank accounts and appointments!
