Very disappointed with our experience. My 13 year old daughter’s father passed away over the summer so I reached out for her. She saw the therapist twice and then she just stopped communicating with us. She had been trying to schedule us for saturdays and I had explained that I work on saturdays so that day wouldn’t work. So then she just never responded back to my email or attempted to suggest another day. I have been using Thriveworks for my source of thearpy for the last month and half. I can say the process to he started was convienent and simple. I have also been very happy with my therapist thus far. They also work well with my insurance .
The therapist is so kind,compassionate and professional. I appreciate the support that she gives me. Looking forward to this healing journey with her.
