I have been using Thriveworks for my source of thearpy for the last month and half. I can say the process to he started was convienent and simple. I have also been very happy with my therapist thus far. They also work well with my insurance .
My therapist was Stephanie Catrett. Literally the best therapist you will ever have. I’m 30 and as an adult I’ve never been consistent with therapy. Before I saw her I probably saw a therapist for a couple months max and even then I didn’t go consistently. I’ve been seeing her since January of this year and I’ve been going every single week. Mark Sherling is the best therapist I have EVER had. My schedule is crazy as a restaurant manager and we always find a way to make it work. He listens to me and validates my feelings and never judges anything that I need to talk about.
This review is for Mark Sherling. Mark has been an absolute blessing to me. I never would have thought that therapy would be the route for me, but after a really difficult season of life I had to do something. Mark has been so helpful and I appreciate him really diving into where I'm at currently and helping reshape my thinking. I recommend Thriveworks to my coworkers who might be struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, etc. because of how fantastic of an experience it's been.
