I want to say that Thriveworks, particularly Trish Starbird, has been such a help to me personally! The office is a calming and serene, but Trish is just the best. She has been helpful in getting to the heart of my issues, unraveling the things at the source of where my struggles are coming from, and helping to reset my perspective. I would highly recommend her if you are struggling with personal and communication issues! She doesn't waste time in getting to the heart of the matter, and had me feeling better very quickly!
We had a great experience until we missed an appointment. We thought our son did not have an appointment on Memorial Day, but we were wrong. They charged us a $100 missed appointment fee. We had to borrow money just to pay the $100 membership fee, and we just can't afford to go back. It's a shame, but we never received any benefit from paying that membership fee as they claimed we would.
So easy and helped right away. Theo made me feel relaxed. He listened to my problems and helped me pick the right path for healing.
I have had a wonderful experience with my counselor who I had been seeing since 2017. This promptly changed as I was just informed that their "payment structuring" has changed. It is now $99 for a supposed one-time fee, and an additional $10 a month ON TOP OF the payment for each session. Thriveworks, you are a disgusting excuse for a client-centered care organization. Wow, I am so impressed with these guys! I posted a poor review after a really disappointing experience. Thriveworks contacted me within MINUTES and immediately set a course to amend the issue. This morning a senior manager called me personally and apologized profusely and sincerely for my experience with some of their phone staff and hiccups in billing.
