Please read the fine print before doing any sort of business with this company. They will charge you $130 if you miss an appointment even after giving 24 hour notice because in the fine print it must be 48 hour notice. They will not refund you even if you’re sick. I have $405 in late cancellation fees already charged to my credit card. It does not matter who I speak to. Ashlee is professional, good communicator and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She laid out a plan and I believe, moving forward, with her help, my mental health will improve.
Ashlee has been incredible. Every session with her feels like more than just a chance to talk, it’s a real opportunity to learn, grow, and better understand both ourselves and each other. She has a way of simplifying things that makes working through challenges feel more manageable. She’s honestly the reason I now believe in therapy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.
I have had two sessions so far with Thriveworks and they have been great! The person whom I am working with is very kind, asks great questions and has been terrific about scheduling around my schedule. Can't say enough about how great I think it's going!
Ashlee was amazing. She really clued in immediately on issues and things I had not even considered. She was warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable during the visit. I 100% recommend.
