Please read the fine print before doing any sort of business with this company. They will charge you $130 if you miss an appointment even after giving 24 hour notice because in the fine print it must be 48 hour notice. They will not refund you even if you’re sick. I have $405 in late cancellation fees already charged to my credit card. It does not matter who I speak to. Ashlee is professional, good communicator and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She laid out a plan and I believe, moving forward, with her help, my mental health will improve.
Ashlee has been incredible. Every session with her feels like more than just a chance to talk, it’s a real opportunity to learn, grow, and better understand both ourselves and each other. She has a way of simplifying things that makes working through challenges feel more manageable. She’s honestly the reason I now believe in therapy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.
It felt nice to talk to someone who doesn’t know me and just listen to me. I tend hold in a lot of discomfort and embarrassing feelings. Keeping a lid on my inner struggles makes me feel like a fraudulent person just going through the routines of life. I want to be seen as strength and resilience, yet I have felt so insecure for so long.
I am able to share what I need to say and have gotten great advice. I feel very comfortable sharing what is on my mind and that my privacy is upheld. I look forward to my next session!
