Concelor was super nice so I don't blame her, but they didn't book me with someone who was able do what I specifically requested and then charged me over 300 dollars to NOT do the only thing I booked for. You can get the same thing for far cheaper and at places that actually listen to you when you have a specific need. Stay away from this scam!
Thriveworks matched me with an absolutely amazing therapist. She listens and offers amazing advice. I've been to many in the past from different places but none really got me, She does and is absolutely the best!
He asked all the questions and recommended in office visits. He said he would have a doctor in my area reach out to me. I am waiting on the call and hope to receive treatment that I have been reaching out for.
Went through the entire process of calling in and scheduling an appointment, giving all my information and why I was seeking counseling and had an appointment that was cancelled by the provider with no reason within a couple days before I was to see them. When I called in to ask why it was cancelled, they stated there were no notes provided, only that the appointment was cancelled by Leighann Simmons.
