Why am I being charged for an appointment I NEVER scheduled? I have not used their services for YEARS. My last appointment was when I still lived in Delaware about 3 years ago. I had an inactive account, but I was scheduled with a therapist I had NEVER HEARD OF. $135 for a missed appointment is a Red Flag. I tried to get in contact with support, and after informing them of the issue, they gave me the paragraph of policies about missing an appointment! Thriveworks matched me with an absolutely amazing therapist. She listens and offers amazing advice. I've been to many in the past from different places but none really got me, She does and is absolutely the best!
Went through the entire process of calling in and scheduling an appointment, giving all my information and why I was seeking counseling and had an appointment that was cancelled by the provider with no reason within a couple days before I was to see them. When I called in to ask why it was cancelled, they stated there were no notes provided, only that the appointment was cancelled by Leighann Simmons. He asked all the questions and recommended in office visits. He said he would have a doctor in my area reach out to me. I am waiting on the call and hope to receive treatment that I have been reaching out for.
I had an issue with one person when booking through the call center, but they made everything right in the end which was very professional. Always get names if you do call the call center. Everyone else I spoke with is very nice and they care!
