If I could give negative stars it would be well deserved. How dare these people claim to be in the business of high quality mental health care. At my worst I came to these scammers only to be charged and money taken straight out of my account! All this company is good for is to pile on additional stress, theft, and lies. Please stay away.
I am unhappy with your responsiveness to MY needs. You are quick to charge for a missed appointment, but it takes two days for your team to respond to my message regarding cancellation. I do appreciate that you push information to me. I wish you were as enthusiastic about responding to client communications.
The absolute worst experience. I only picked up my phone to write this review. First, the day I called to inquire about membership, I was told that my entire family could be on my membership. They specifically said my spouse was included. After I paid the $99, I logged in only to find that was not true. Every time I tried to cancel, the representatives (with an “s”) strategically spoke extremely slow even when I told them I could not talk long. I was having a decent experience, but my therapist disappeared out of the blue one day without a word. Highly unethical and irresponsible. Thriveworks is terrible. I would recommend not using Jamy Drapeza as a therapist either if they come up as an option.
Stay away, thriveworks is a scam. They pretend like your insurance covers everything but they'll send you a bill for $1k 6 months later saying you weren't covered. Then they keep charging your CC after you quit going
