I found Thriveworks system to be very easy to use. My therapist seems to “get” me, so I did not have to put a lot of effort into explaining my issues.
The absolute worst experience. I only picked up my phone to write this review. First, the day I called to inquire about membership, I was told that my entire family could be on my membership. They specifically said my spouse was included. After I paid the $99, I logged in only to find that was not true. Every time I tried to cancel, the representatives (with an “s”) strategically spoke extremely slow even when I told them I could not talk long. I am unhappy with your responsiveness to MY needs. You are quick to charge for a missed appointment, but it takes two days for your team to respond to my message regarding cancellation. I do appreciate that you push information to me. I wish you were as enthusiastic about responding to client communications.
If I could give negative stars it would be well deserved. How dare these people claim to be in the business of high quality mental health care. At my worst I came to these scammers only to be charged and money taken straight out of my account! All this company is good for is to pile on additional stress, theft, and lies. Please stay away.
