Our counselor, Kierra Staton is outstanding. She is pleasant and friendly and can get through to our issues. She clearly has a plan and is working it to perfection.
Laura Harris compared me to Taylor Swift (in reference to her being the cause of her own problems) in our session and it made me uncomfortable because everyone plays a role in their own problems… not just Taylor Swift…Her comparison/point was moot, unprofessional, and irrelevant to the subject at hand. I tried to switch therapists and Thriveworks mixed the scheduling up and stuck me with a $135 no-show fee. They were not understanding and did not give me the refund one of their clerks promised me. I had my first apt with Sharika and I must say it felt like this was not our first time meeting. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable too open up to her. I was so glad I made my choice to select her and look forward to going thru my Therapy with her🙂
Darryl, is the best in his field. I genuinely enjoyed working with him. Very easy to communicate with very good listeners. His response was clear and effective—easy to follow and understand. I received a great deal of supportive feedback and encouragement, which I truly appreciate. I’m enthusiastic about continuing our conversations and building our relationship.
So far great experience, very affordable and flexible. Laura is the best and supper supportive with the LGBTQ+ community
