I joined my scheduled Thriveworks appointment using the Zoom link provided but was never admitted into the session. I contacted customer service during the appointment window to resolve the issue, yet I was still charged a $135 no-show fee. Despite disputing the charge and providing documentation, Thriveworks upheld the fee. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been coming to this provider for approximately eight months. While I love my therapist, their policy regarding rescheduling is horrible. I called today to see if I could simply adjust my time for today. I was calling for information purposes only. A work event came up during my meeting, which would cause me to miss a portion of my meeting. I was then threatened up and down with a $135 rescheduling fee. My 12 yo daughter said she felt very uncomfortable with some of the questions that were asked. She also said there was an eye roll from her therapist during the visit. She was skeptical about trying therapy and now she’s definitely not interested.
