Deidre is very easy to talk to.She makes you feel you are having a conversation with your best friend. She is caring.She knows how to get you to talk about what's bothering you even if you don't want to talk. I would Highly recommend her if you need to talk to someone. She will get you laughing and crying all at once.
I am just a few weeks in with my provider, but I have had a great experience with her. Thriveworks made the entire experience of finding a therapist and setting up my appointments very easy and stress free. Dr. Logan and I are perfectly matched and I look forward to our visits. Being able to talk to someone without leaving my house is a real plus. If anyone is interested in meeting with a therapist I strongly recommend Thriveworks as the place to start.
I had a very good initial meeting. My therapist did a good job of just listening to me and letting me vent pretty much writing down everything I was saying and trying to formulate which way to go to get me back to the best version of myself. So, I’m really looking forward to working with them and growing in this endeavor..
When I made my appointment, they asked for a credit card. I had no deductible or copay. They took $325 from my acct. With a few long phone calls. Told me I would be refunded in 45 to 60 days. They put back in a few days. That didnt sit right with me. My counselor was nice, but that was enough for me.
I have been seeing Dr. Carolina Egbe Njikam. She has been absolutely amazing. She gives me plenty of reassurance that my anxiety will get better and has been slow with my medications and doses since she knows I tend to be sensitive to medications, have a bad reaction and just stop taking them. She has been working well with me and for the first time in years I've been seeing slow and steady improvement. I'll also be adding therapy this summer. I've been very pleased with thriveworks in general and definitely recommend.
