Today was my very first therapy session, and I absolutely loved it! My therapist Allison, is so sweet, and she made me feel so comfortable and safe. I'm really happy with our first meeting and I look forward to continuing with her.
Loved my therapist but I will never come back. They double bill you and then will not refund your money. I’ve spent 3 weeks calling and calling and have heard NOTHING. My EOB shows I do not owe the money. It’s a scam. Look at your billing! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m going to be taking this to social media.
The company as a whole is a scam. Read the reviews and actually consider them before scheduling. They just want your money. The cancellation fee is a joke and apparently counts for rescheduling as well despite the fine print not saying so. They don’t actually care about getting you help. I love my therapist, she has helped me tremendously. The drawback here is the billing. Twice now they have told me I could go on a payment plan to just bang my account the full price the same day. They’re unpredictable and very difficult to deal with. If money is remotely an issue. Stay away.
