i cannot express how much i love brittany max. she’s the best therapist ive seen and has set the bar unbelievable high for anyone after her! i genuinely recommend her to anyone who asks, and the company overall. i stared going to in person sessions and then had to move away for college, being able to still see my therapist online and not having to find a new one was so convenient! i seriously cannot hype up brittany and thrive works enough!
So far I’ve had a great experience with thriveworks. Very easy to schedule and they make everything very clear. You receive a reminder of your appointment before the deadline to cancel and avoid the fee.
Great and easy to use interface, I had no problems connecting with a therapist and confirming my insurance provider. So nothing against Thriveworks as an organization or the website or the customer service. The only thing is that the therapist I was connected to made me want to give up on seeking therapy entirely. Had my first visit this week with Brittany. I must say I felt very comfortable talking to her. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Jonathan was an amazing therapist. It was my first time seeing him. That worked in our favor because I have a LOT on my plate. I also appreciate the relaxed environment and the fact that he was well versed in some of my specific issues. I'm glad I found them.
