HORRIBLE- not only do they never tell you that they will be charging you a HIGH monthly fee, but you also have to pay a ton of money for a therapist. Then when you find out you cancel, they still charge you even after they promised you they wouldn't charge you. Thank god I had this all in writing. I signed up with Thriveworks for my autistic son. They told me I would have to pay a fee very month for service ($39). I was ok with that as long as they was helping him. They did assign someone to him but she only saw him twice. She chose to leave the company for personal reasons. Fine, but they promised a new counselor. Six months later, still no new counselor or word from anyone. So I called to cancel my subscription but months later I'm still being charged monthly.
