Just had my first ZOOM therapy with Thomas. So far so good. He's very kind and funny and smart. I hope to gain a lot of insight from this short series of sessions I plan to have with him.
Zee was fantastic and really helped us out when we were at our lowest. She has great tips, stayed neutral and really got us both to take a deeper look inside ourselves.
My therapy has been extremely useful, in helping me to clarify my feelings, find a variety of tools to help me grow, and in planning a way forward. My therapist is very knowledgeable in different areas, which has provided a broad platform from which to work.
Pros: I really liked the first person I talked to who called me to set up my initial appointment. I liked my therapist. Easy to use portal Cons: Matched me with a therapist then switched it and then switched me back to original one. Minor inconvenience but no big deal. Terrible outsourced customer service. She was constantly late to virtual appointments yet like clock work the technical issues would be resolved 15 minutes into the session week after week. One afternoon session was cancelled on me with 15 minutes notice on a Friday in July which she attributed this to being held up at the vet. Sure. Highly unprofessional and frankly she was the wrong type of person who should be in counseling. Unaccountable, unqualified and unable to deal with an issue that couldn’t be solves by telling you not to worry about it.
