It's really hard to find someone you feel like you can connect with and talk freely with. Lizabeth instantly made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't being judged. I'm really happy I tried Thriveworks.
Pros: I really liked the first person I talked to who called me to set up my initial appointment. I liked my therapist. Easy to use portal Cons: Matched me with a therapist then switched it and then switched me back to original one. Minor inconvenience but no big deal. Terrible outsourced customer service. Awkward broken English. Unhelpful. Canceled all of my appointments except for one and when I called they said my therapist was "out of office". Wish I could them give negative stars!!!! Where do I start besides with they are the worst and most unprofessional business I have ever come across. Under no circumstances should you use this company!!!!. My therapist barely showed up to my appointments, and when she actually showed up - she was late and forgot to fill my prescriptions. Amelia is excellent, patient, compassionate and genuine. My son's "disingenuous radar" is fine tuned and usually accurate, and he has opened himself up to Amelia. We are grateful.
I have struggled with finding a mh provider that is a good fit for me. Thriveworks helped narrow it down to what I was exactly looking for! The mh provider I work with is wonderful, kind, insightful and really listens and offers great feedback. THANK YOU!!!
