Just had my first ZOOM therapy with Thomas. So far so good. He's very kind and funny and smart. I hope to gain a lot of insight from this short series of sessions I plan to have with him.

Liz Thompson is an excellent social worker! She has a natural ability for compassion and kindness and makes you feel heard and comfortable. She is so open-minded and knowledgeable and connects so beautifully with all her clients who are fortunate enough to work with her.

Pros: I really liked the first person I talked to who called me to set up my initial appointment. I liked my therapist. Easy to use portal Cons: Matched me with a therapist then switched it and then switched me back to original one. Minor inconvenience but no big deal. Terrible outsourced customer service. Awkward broken English. Unhelpful. Canceled all of my appointments except for one and when I called they said my therapist was "out of office". Zee was fantastic and really helped us out when we were at our lowest. She has great tips, stayed neutral and really got us both to take a deeper look inside ourselves.
