My session with Ms. Clarke was very informative as well as helpful. She really allowed me to express myself while realizing at the same time having that desire to continue to improve my life. I truly enjoyed my first session with Ms. Clarke and I'm looking forward to future sessions.

I would like to see the post where I rated this institution 5 stars, please???? Because someone must be using my name. The only way I would have rated anything about this institution is if I was talking about the counselor Shannon Gutschick, she is a wonderful counselor and human being. Otherwise, the institutional policies are horrible and inconsiderate and not realistic and do not fit into real life, emergency events. While my therapist is excellent, Thriveworks is a heartless company that has zero regard for their clients Healthcare. I had to reschedule an appointment last minute because, get this, I was at a doctor's appointment that ran over an hour late. So Thriveworks in their opinion says I should have left my doctor's office in the middle of my appointment because they want to "protect their providers".... over two months worth of copay for a fee based on not leaving AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE. Doctor never showed up to the appointment and they billed me the $135 no show fee, was told to contact my scheduled clinician but they never contacted me back- now in order to get my money back into my account, I have to convince the bank with evidence that they are charging fraudulently.
