Doctor never showed up to the appointment and they billed me the $135 no show fee, was told to contact my scheduled clinician but they never contacted me back- now in order to get my money back into my account, I have to convince the bank with evidence that they are charging fraudulently. I would like to see the post where I rated this institution 5 stars, please???? Because someone must be using my name. The only way I would have rated anything about this institution is if I was talking about the counselor Shannon Gutschick, she is a wonderful counselor and human being. Otherwise, the institutional policies are horrible and inconsiderate and not realistic and do not fit into real life, emergency events. ZERO STARS Your company and James Gregg Goodwin have tried twice, now, to charge my card. Fraudulently charging me for a service that the provider never showed up for is illegal. Do not give this company your debit, credit, checking account number ever. Horrible, awful, wretched company to steal my money, on my daughter's birthday. Enjoy your complaints I filed with the federal government. I hope your company gets fined and shut down.
I give 5 stars to Shannon for being a wonderful listener and an insightful therapist. The 1 star goes to Thriveworks, who scheduled me with a therapist that was only able to speak with me once, and now I’m back to square one in finding another therapist. Bye
Tamiqua Jackson has given me a wonderful experience with this company and so has Alison Graham. Both of them together I feel the most heard and understood I have in almost a decade. And that’s saying a lot. I feel so confident in their guidance and help. I would highly recommend this company and service for any of your needs. I can’t recommend them enough!
