Their automated phone system is messed up. As a potential new client, I had to press "5" for billing to talk with a human. Other options hung up on me or sent me back to an infinite loop. They do not offer free initial consults and force new clients to pay for intake sessions with a therapist that the new client might not be comfortable with. They might have great therapists, but they lost my business due to this bad first experience. I wonder how many other potential clients they are losing.

I had my second online therapy meeting today. My Therapist, Amanda Comer is Incredible. We came up with so many underlying beliefs that I have formed since I was a kid. Beliefs and deep seated emotions that have been stored in my body for 68 years that are not serving me! We will be starting with EMDR Therapy next week. That stands for eye movement desensitization, and re-processing. It works for post traumatic stress disorder, and other traumatic memories. I don't know what I'd do without my counselor right now. She hears me in ways no one else does and helps me to understand myself better which enables me to be a better person. I can't say Thank You enough!

My session with Ms. Clarke was very informative as well as helpful. She really allowed me to express myself while realizing at the same time having that desire to continue to improve my life. I truly enjoyed my first session with Ms. Clarke and I'm looking forward to future sessions.
