I don't know what I'd do without my counselor right now. She hears me in ways no one else does and helps me to understand myself better which enables me to be a better person. I can't say Thank You enough!
My session with Ms. Clarke was very informative as well as helpful. She really allowed me to express myself while realizing at the same time having that desire to continue to improve my life. I truly enjoyed my first session with Ms. Clarke and I'm looking forward to future sessions.

I would like to see the post where I rated this institution 5 stars, please???? Because someone must be using my name. The only way I would have rated anything about this institution is if I was talking about the counselor Shannon Gutschick, she is a wonderful counselor and human being. Otherwise, the institutional policies are horrible and inconsiderate and not realistic and do not fit into real life, emergency events. While my therapist is excellent, Thriveworks is a heartless company that has zero regard for their clients Healthcare. I had to reschedule an appointment last minute because, get this, I was at a doctor's appointment that ran over an hour late. So Thriveworks in their opinion says I should have left my doctor's office in the middle of my appointment because they want to "protect their providers".... over two months worth of copay for a fee based on not leaving AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE.
