Absolute NIGHTMARE! After 3 years they turned a outstanding bill over to collections. I was not made aware of a bill from 2020 until August of 2023! My former employer Wells Fargo satisfied the balance in August 2023 and now Southwest Recovery reported it to my credit bureau as delinquent!
Working with Thriveworks billing department has been a absolute NIGHTMARE! I received therapy in Jan 2020. I received my first bill in August 2023 from a collection agency who has since turned over a balance to the credit bureau. My previous employer received a invoice and bill from them and satisfied the balance in August 2023 due to a mix up with Thriveworks.
