My direct therapist Jennifer Crammer was terrific however thriveworks customer service and getting clinical notes sent to my company for FMLA and Short term certification is ridiculously long. Not inefficient. Therapist should not have to go through thriveworks to complete this process. Therapist is 5 star. Requesting records notes etc. a big fat ZERO!
I was very disappointed. I seen two therapists here and both the therapist one of them named Mikayla.deisler were being very biased saying certain things acting like they was on my child’s mother side. She also said a little things that let me know that she was on my child’s mother side in our coparenting session. She didn’t write anything I said, but she wrote down everything Negative thing my child’s mother said about me in her notes. Whenever I try to talk she interrupted me. I feel like finding thrive works was a big step forward. I love that I get to talk to someone with no judgement, interruption and listens. I know that they care because they can help me figure out the questions I have in my mind without asking they figure it out just hearing. This is by far one of the best choices I have made to help manage and answer my problems without telling me what to do.
She was understanding and allowed me to express my emotions, feelings, thoughts, my past history since I was born.
Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. After receiving several messages for my very first appointment that included the time and date I arrived at the office only to find a locked door with no lights on. After attempting to get into contact with my prospective therapist, Nicole Sears, I was finally able to reach her after waiting almost 30 minutes in a dirty hallway, at which I was informed that she simply "didn't know" that my appointment was supposed to be in person.
