Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. After receiving several messages for my very first appointment that included the time and date I arrived at the office only to find a locked door with no lights on. After attempting to get into contact with my prospective therapist, Nicole Sears, I was finally able to reach her after waiting almost 30 minutes in a dirty hallway, at which I was informed that she simply "didn't know" that my appointment was supposed to be in person. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. They tried to charge me two thousand dollars today with no warning. I haven't been to see them since November of last year due to suspicions they are out to screw people. They decided to try and bill me for obviously several appointments at once and waited until it was next year to do so?? I have now completed two Zoom sessions with Madison, and she is wonderful! I had major reservations about starting therapy, but this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I have professionally known Teri Wilder for approximately 3 years now. In this time I can vouch that Teri is a natural leader. She can handle any crisis situation and do it with ease. Teri is reliable, dependable, motivated to continuously grow herself and her team and she is perfectionist at skill. Teri has treated a diversity of clients and is highly qualified in all areas that she practices in. Overall I would give Teri Wilder 5 Stars.”
