I have really grown emotionally and spiritually since I started therapy. Pamela is very focused on the issues I am learning to address and through mindfulness meditation I have been learning to capture negative thoughts and replace them with constructive thinking skills that will help me come to a resolution rather than keep thinking on negative thoughts and spiraling down into an emotional meltdown that had been leading me to bitterness and anger. My direct therapist Jennifer Crammer was terrific however thriveworks customer service and getting clinical notes sent to my company for FMLA and Short term certification is ridiculously long. Not efficient. Therapist should not have to go through thriveworks to complete this process. Therapist is 5 star. 3rd party thriveworks a 3, sorry.
I feel like finding thrive works was a big step forward. I love that I get to talk to someone with no judgement, interruption and listens. I know that they care because they can help me figure out the questions I have in my mind without asking they figure it out just hearing. This is by far one of the best choices I have made to help manage and answer my problems without telling me what to do.
I was very disappointed. I seen two therapists here and both the therapist one of them named Mikayla.deisler were being very biased saying certain things acting like they was on my child’s mother side. She also said a little things that let me know that she was on my child’s mother side in our coparenting session.
