My daughter saw Stacia Crawford and she was absolutely amazing! I would have loved to have continued working with her, however she doesn't accept EAP from our insurance. Stacia is a fabulous therapist and really wish we could stay with her!
The therapist are great. But the company themselves are the most money hungry POS I have every seen. Please note NEVER think about canceling they will charge you $135 for canceling. Profits over people with them 100% of the time and always.
Lisa Castelleti was my counselor. I only stopped seeing her recently because I moved out of state. I was her client for two years and the growth I achieved as an individual under her guidance was enlightening. Finding a counselor in this day and age is harder than finding a significant other! When I found Lisa Casteletti it was like finding my best friend. Talking to her is like talking to a friend or family member, comfortable and easy. She makes me feel heard and understood, never judged or criticized. Getting a therapist or any mental health professional is more frustrating than helpful. Thriveworks takes the frustration out of the process completely. With a ten minute phone call I got my son a therapist with an appointment in two weeks! Not months. Used them for my wife and the same thing! My wife and son like the therapist and things are moving in a positive direction for both. Great company!!!!!
