My son started going here. The first time we had a snowstorm his appointment was canceled and he was notified that morning. We just had another snowstorm, he went to his meeting and no one was there. No email no text nothing. He has to take the day off of work to go to these appointments so he’s lost days. The company says if you’re late for your appointment or a no-show, you will be charged. Well, they didn’t show up so should he get money back?
It’s more like an answering service and they try to find a Therapist for you. Other than that I didn’t find it to be too helpful. The woman who answered the phone didn’t speak my language. It was pretty difficult in navigating something that I wanted to be so simple especially when you’re struggling to try to get help. It should be very simple.
My daughter is very open about lying to her therapist, Courtney, because half the time her father is in the room and she’s afraid of the consequences if she is honest. She doesn’t address the fact her father has a lock on the fridge or that she is constantly punished if she says the wrong thing. Jenna has regressed a lot in the last year. The session with Eliana was great. For some reason they booked a medication psychiatrist at the exact same time and I was charged a “no show” fee. This has been resolved but it did happen.
After my third appt I have found my therapist to be a deeply caring soul. Her humor and sarcasm, which I love and suits me perfectly, makes for a less stressful environment. I look forward to future appointments.
