Terrible! Patricia is the worst! She made a pass at me during therapy while I confessed how my spouse was cheating. She also appeared intoxicated during our session.

The video sessions with Courtney were excellent. She has a very calm and laid back demeanor. You don’t realize until later that you are effected by this and feel very calm yourself. She is excellent at taking care of insurance, emails , questionaires, etc.. she handles everything nicely.

Marissa Ferrao is the sweetest person ever. She listens with intent and genuinely helps you work through your problems while being honest and realistic. With only a few sessions she has helped me immensely. Highly recommend her!

If it weren't for my therapist, I would RUN, not walk but RUN from Thriveworks. Horrible billing issues, Horrible customer service. Horrible cancelation policy. Just absolutely Horrible company! If you haven't started therapy with one of their providers, find another place!! ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THRIVEWORKS!

Sam is easy to talk to and truly listens, however she is also FUN! My children not only feel comfortable with her, they really like talking with Sam as she helps problem solve solutions with them rather then giving them solutions. I feel so lucky to have found her.
