(Edited to add a warning to document things if you use them, so you can learn from my error): I loved this place, and I wanted to continue loving and using them. And I had heard about their questionable billing practices and assumed they'd fixed that, as I hadn't had any issues. But this week, I was charged for a "cancellation" when I was on the zoom site and the therapist wasn't, after she has in the past also canceled with less than 3 hours notice and/or no-call-no-showed (prior times, I hadn't been charged for this.) It was clean and modern and they were so attentive. The room was just what we had asked for and ready for us even when we had to change the time to a bit earlier. Angelica was amazing since this was our first time renting a conference room. She answered all of my questions and was so sweet. I will definitely come back again if I ever need to have some private space to work at.
