Sheila is such an easy person to talk to and I feel that I have a new friend. She asks good questions, lets me answer completly. We laugh at some things that we are talking about and it helps to ease any tension in my life. She has been a big help since I have moved to Maryland. Thank you, Sheila.
My therapist helped me to feel validated and heard. She is a good listener, and already seems to understand quite a bit about me after only 2 sessions. I’m hopeful for the future.
If transactional visits are what you want, this is the place to go. In fairness , I only saw one oerson. Personally, I don't feel it's my job to explain what CPTSD means, and then throughout the visit be referenced incorrectly. But, maybe I'm board certified. Who knew?
