Thriveworks has repeatedly charged my debit card for services without providing an itemized bill, despite multiple requests. I have spent several hours on the phone with their support team and have been told repeatedly that a supervisor would contact me, but no one has followed up after weeks of waiting. I have requested itemized billing at least five times. Instead, Thriveworks has sent sporadic and incomplete receipts that do not match the amounts charged. I've known Laura for more than 20 years. Since middle school in Kenya as a family friend, she has lived with integrity. We have always observed her heart of compassion for people and wisdom in giving advice. When she pursued education in helping people, it made perfect sense. If you are looking for someone who will help in a caring way, Laura is a great choice.

This was a terrible match, the meeting had to happen at 8pm, way too late for my brain, we are a older White couple in Arkansas, they put us with a lady who was unprepared, had slow internet and terrible graphics on slides that took way too long to load, where juvenile and rudimentary, & very difficult to see. Im currently trying to cancel the appointments, im finding it very difficult to talk to anyone, or find a way to cancel the whole thing, easy to sign up, impossible to cancel? Disappointed & still getting Divorced
