Had a zoom meeting. I was on time even a little early. My appoinment was at 7pm. I tried to join at 6:58 got booted out. Tried to join again at the exact time7:00 got booted out. This happened again 7:05 and 7:08 to which I got a message the host closed out the session completely. Im not good with tech so I assumed perhaps she was still working with a patient ,I messaged her at 7:17 asking when I could join(i know at this point it was late,but obviously she knew I was waiting.) Honestly I regret spending the money, 200 an hr!!! By the end of my session I almost felt like it was a scam. Because our visit was a zoom one I asked to meet in person for my next one & there was all these crazy excuses, some of which made no sense! Dr seemed cold even rude at times. It was my first time to do therapy and I stated this. In the end she said she was going to treat me for bereavement, not even close to what I stated I'm here for. Dr. Grice is absolutely phenomenal. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive! I did not feel like I was being judged by the concerns I had with my daughter. From scheduling my appointment, the representative who assisted me was also fantastic and patient! They are who we have been looking for- looking forward to our future sessions!
I absolutely enjoyed my session today. It’s not easy for me to open up to someone and feel as thought I can talk to them but I was made to feel accepted today and like someone actually CARED.
