When we call and let them know we are sick and need to cancel an appointment which we were told if sick or if their was a death in the family that we wouldn't be charged. Just so happens we are sick and unable to make the appointment I call and I have no number where I can reach our physician. They only give an email. After this week, I'm calling and I'm doing away with appointments! They lost our buisness!
Do yourself a favor and find a clinic that actually cares! This company has no grace for their cancellation policy. If you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time they charge you $135. It does NOT matter at all to them if the circumstances are entirely beyond your control. It also makes no difference if you're a long-time patient with no missed appointments.
Teresa Capers is genuinely a very compassionate and caring soul. This was my first counseling experience and she made it an enjoyable one. She allowed me to feel comfortable in my vulnerability and open up to her. I felt comfortable to be open and honest and didn’t feel like I was being judged. I look forward to more sessions with her and would absolutely recommend her as a counselor.

I was really hopeful for this business to be helpful for me. I scheduled two appts back to back because that’s what I needed and had to arrange my schedule to do so. I got a notification via text that my appt was cancelled by the provider less than 6 hours before my appt. No call or other information, I was actually confused about what happened.
