Brienna Is great. I've never done therapy before, and she makes me feel at ease and willing to talk through all of the issues I have. I wasn't sure that therapy would work for me, but she has been so kind and really made me open up. I look forward to continuing our sessions.
So I called Thrive to schedule my 17 year old son a new patient counseling appt in Springfield Missouri. There was a recording that answered asking a series of questions for numerical prompts. I selected the "Medicaid" prompt. At that time i was rerouted to a person who immediately asked me what the insurance is I responded Medicaid and she said I regret to inform you there are no clinicians here to take Medicaid. I sought help for family therapy. I was having difficulty finding a therapist. Messages were left with no return calls. However, ThriveWorks returned call within minutes. I was asked questions about what help I was seeking to match a therapist with my needs. An appointment was made within a couple days. I felt relief. Our therapist Justin Mann is great!
