Horrible company. Have been screwed financially by them as they do not charge you at time of service. I had stacked up a $200 balance i was unaware of. When i called customer service to set up a payment plan, i was told i would be charged $50. They pulled the full $200 and told me id be refunded in 7-14 business days. What a joke. Love not being able to pay bills. Definitely helped my mental health 👍🏻
Aaron seems to be feeling a lot less stressed since switching to Jaiyden. She is very open with my husband and I, and she makes sure to check in with us, as parents, once a month. Unheard of! She has been amazing.
This company breaks the No Surprise Act and Colorado Law!!! They bill out of network copay for in network providers! They have done it 3 times now and won't even try to resubmit the claim correctly. The break the law EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN!!! RUN FROM THEM!!!
Don't use this company. They do not bill out correctly, withdrew 400$ when we had correct codes. The provider is not responsive with the corrections that need to be made. They do not offer evening hours and requested I pull my daughter twice a month from school. Choose this company and be ready for hours on the line with horrible customer service! Kristen has done a great job with me son so far! We get a recap at the end of the session and are learning ways to cope with his anxiety! I like Thriveworks so far!!
