Wish I could leave 0 stars , begging for help got ignored charged $125 for a 10 minute session that was supposed to be an HOUR with Erica Johnson. Complete SCAM. The people who work here DO NOT listen or care about you at all, please do not waste your money. You will not get help from these people. Actually Horrible.
This place is a scam -- I attempted to reschedule an appointment online 3-4x with no success, this was a week before the appointment. I called 48 hours before (as instructed) and was still charged a no-show fee for rescheduling.
Nope nope nope nope don’t. This company stole $300 from my bank account after 1st appointment. My first and only appointment was at the beginning of April, I had to call several times to get them to even send in a claim on May 29. This group is a scam. Yes u can’t understand those on the phone bc out of country. Waited 2.5 hrs to talk to supervisor who bs me . Don’t do it!!
My daughter had zoom appoint with Cory he did not show and they charged $135 for “cancelling” they did end up taking that off. However during that call I found out she had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and the day after with different therapist. I tried to cancel the one for Wednesday stating that we did not schedule Wednesday appointment. I was told if my daughter doesn’t show up I would be charged $135 for “cancellation” . Terrible experience! I cannot recommend it. They billed me as a self-paying patient, and resolving the issue became nearly impossible. Their call center is located outside the US, and they never respond to emails about billing or any inquiries. I endured over 30 minutes on hold, attempting to discuss the $200 fee, only to be abruptly disconnected. Additionally, the therapist my son saw was awful and judgmental. Avoid using their services.
