They got me in right away. The clinician was professional and courteous. We determined another form of therapy would be better. Again right away I was scheduled with a different clinician. He was a no show. When I contacted Thriveworks they were quick to make sure I didn't get charged. Although that is great news, it is not the point. The clincian was a no show. They get a star for getting me in so quickly
He’s very good and very helpful , you can tell he cares about his clients and his job, the effort he puts in shows. I am very satisfied, now in the therapy side with Pamela English not so much unfortunately I had to cancel, it wasn’t worth the money I was being charged it was like having a session with myself
From registering to meeting everything went so smoothly. I have been with my therapist for a few weeks. I am still pleased with the service.
Elia was absolutely wonderful. I know that it’s important to find a therapist who is a “great fit,” and I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Elia about things that aren’t exactly easy to talk about.
It was amazing. I definitely felt safe and comfortable. I can’t wait to see my progress.
