My therapist Janet S. is very attentive and incredibly kind. She validates my emotions, makes me feel understood, and gives wonderful insight. I am so grateful I took the leap and went back to therapy after not going for years. Thriveworks has always been flexible with scheduling and I have had zero issues navigating their website. Fast and easy to schedule appointments, virtual sessions available, appreciated bio information on therapist on website. I have formed a trusting, therapeutic relationship with Elia. She is kind, thoughtful and supportive in session. She also identifies where you are and what you need to move forward.

They got me in right away. The clinician was professional and courteous. We determined another form of therapy would be better. Again right away I was scheduled with a different clinician. He was a no show. When I contacted Thriveworks they were quick to make sure I didn't get charged. Although that is great news, it is not the point. The clincian was a no show. They get a star for getting me in so quickly

Sherayna was very nice and warm hearted I could tell my son was comfortable talking with her . We look forward to having the next visit with my son .
