I found Jillian to be incredibly compassionate and I felt very comfortable with her. It took me three months to finally make an appointment because I didn't know how to pick a practitioner. I am happy I finally took the plunge and I look forward to working with her.

The therapists are good but the billing and administration is not so good. I have had 3 calls and two detailed emails but zero response. Just nada. Disappointed. One star is too high. Dorothy Washington should not be practicing. Forget the behavioral field because she has no bedside manner and this was through telehealth, but to refuse to work with a patient because according to them “they have serious medical issues” why did you become a nurse practitioner? I’m a registered nurse and didn’t dismiss a patient. I saw how I could help and continued. If you wish to have a easy job you’ve chosen the wrong field and specialty

If I was able to post zero stars I would. I have Never been someone to review somewhere, however, from a clinician not showing up to my appointment and then blaming me for missing it, to being charged incorrectly for issues on behalf of Thriveworks and appointments being moved without my consent. I honestly have nothing positive to say about Thriveworks. I would like to believe my issues were isolated, I don’t want to dissuade people from using Thriveworks but nothing in my experience was positive. Had 3 appointments with 3 ... read more
