I was paired with a psychiatrist that I was specifically told was experienced with personality disorders. 10 minutes into the appointment she told me my case is "too complex" and that she couldn't help me, then proceeded to hang up. Unprofessional and irresponsible of them to claim to be able to help me, while knowing my medical history, then prematurely end the session without offering any alternative solutions. I would have been better off never trying to seek help from them at all.

Came in with my mom for an appointment for myself, and let me just say this place is extremely hard to find due to them not having a sign outside of the building. Number two, they sent the consent form to the wrong email and refused to allow us to change it in order for me to sign said consent form. Therapy was good but I felt after leaving that I was very defiant. I want to continue to see Diedra, because I feel once she breaks through my “walks” that it will be very beneficial for me.

I made an appointment for my minor son to see a therapist. The therapist, Leanette Burns texted me to change the appointment time from 6pm to 5pm because she said Thriveworks had double booked her. Then she called on the day of the appointment after 4pm, asking us if we could join the call right then, due to another scheduling issue on her end. Thriveworks is amazing. I kept pushing off looking for a therapist due to the process of finding a good fit who took my insurance. I spoke to someone who paired me with Lucy Peacock who is amazing. What I loved most is her staring at the beginning rather than just a situation based therapy. I love the ease of being able to schedule and see billing all on one dashboard. I have recommended several of my friends, family and colleagues! So many therapist to choose from and the process is seamless!
