I am having a very good experience currently and find it very easy to open up. It is a welcoming environment where I feel free to share what I am going through and what I need to talk about.
I am happy with the services and counselor I have througn Thriveworks.
Vanessa was great. The only concern I have is that I didn't know the time slot that was used was someone else's when booking and that I possibly may need to find another clinician if a time isn't able to be found.
Finding a quality psychologist can be incredibly stressful, but Dr. Cavallaro made the entire process simple and went above and beyond to accommodate my irregular schedule. I really appreciate her level of professionalism and compassion and I would recommend her to anyone.
My therapist was very understanding and did not rush me or talk about anything I was not comfortable with
