I was so lucky to discover Therapist Randi Braun while researching healthcare providers as I recently moved to the Worcester area. I've had several meetings with her and find her to be a tremendously, insightful, caring, intelligence, Therapist. I consider myself very fortunate to be partnering with her.
I didn’t take the time to elaborate, so I’m editing to add that after only two sessions with Karen, I decided to stay in Massachusetts so I could continue having sessions with her. She referred me to a great provider for medication management, resulting in immediate improvement.

I'm once again shocked by the policy that you will not provide sleep meds to a manic patient with a 30 year sleep disorder. D/C my business I'm not waisting my time. You probably give Cymbolta or Trazadone both can cause liver problems and delirium in people over 65. Im an R.N. and I hate meds. Your POLICY IS NOT protecting no one. You can STILL be sued for other things. AND how do you FEEL about not giving care? SPEAK UP, GIVE people what they need. YOU went to school for a reason. GOODBYE GOOD LUCK.
I don't love that I can't call directly and I have to locate the video link each time, I also wish there were more times available not directly on the hour. It makes it very difficult with my schedule. My therapist is very kind and supportive, scheduling wise it has been very complicated.
