I don't love that I can't call directly and I have to locate the video link each time, I also wish there were more times available not directly on the hour. It makes it very difficult with my schedule. My therapist is very kind and supportive, scheduling wise it has been very complicated.
I was so lucky to discover Therapist Randi Braun while researching healthcare providers as I recently moved to the Worcester area. I've had several meetings with her and find her to be a tremendously, insightful, caring, intelligence, Therapist. I consider myself very fortunate to be partnering with her.
The therapist was OK first meeting. The second one we were waiting online for 25 mins, then we left. Apparently, Thriveworks messed up the scheduling. We’ll look for an alternative.

Peaceful, safe, and comforting. Meredith is wonderful. She listens, guides, and is compassionate.
