she was very nice and knowledgeable, but I just don’t think it was a good fit. I know I’m very emotional and with all that has happened to me in my life, rightfully should be. She mistook me being very emotional (crying, which I can’t seem to talk about myself or my issues without crying) for being depressed. Although Thriveworks badly needs to improve its online systems, my two visits so far with NP Catherine Scott have been helpful. She is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.
Finding the right clinicians to help me through my depression and anxiety has been a process. They have been very caring and patient, working with me to find balance. I'm grateful for all the help they have provided me.
I would not recommend Thriveworks based on my experience. I specifically requested an appointment with a psychiatrist, but I was scheduled with a provider who was not a psychiatrist. The session was also ended early, yet I was still billed as if I had received a full and appropriate session. I followed up about this issue, but no one has provided a clear resolution. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not handled professionally.
Amazing the person I see is amazing. They’re great about appointments rescheduling if there’s a problem and just communicating in general amazing and the person I see it’s just one of the best people I’ve ever seen as a doctor!
