I’m happy with my therapist, HOWEVER, Thriveworks billing has been horrible. I have insurance and they charged me over $100 per session. When I asked why that was more than the non-insurance rate of $99, I was told basically “well that’s all your insurance is covering and there’s nothing we can do about it.” So I called my insurance who was furious for me because they said Thriveworks is not abiding by their contract and I should be billed no more than $10 per hour based on estimated calculations.
