This is the worst company ever! I wish I could rate the company as a whole. There are many locations. I had nothing but problems from the beginning. My first appointment was canceled last minute because the counselor suddenly stopped working. I was hesitant to try again but did so because I needed therapy. My second effort was a major hassle just to get another appointment. Their online meeting platform is a confusing nightmare but I did my best to navigate it.
