Because my kid is a difficult case, she's already been "fired" by a therapist after being shuffled to another one. She's the kid that NEEDs help and is hard to get to so..when it gets hard....they give up. Can't change contact info online, you have to call which is quite difficult. Sharing information to appropriate personnel is impossible. It just seems like an impersonal organization.
Mrs.Chinwe was very patient, I felt comfortable, almost have me a sense of soaking to my mom and elder that would respect, easy to talk to.
Mrs. Nicole was able to guide me through the process of getting an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately my insurance was not going to be covered, but instead of just hanging up the phone she really listened to what I needed. She gave me more information of how to get the help I needed and also gave me an experience I’ll never forget. This woman is more than good at her job and deserves all the praise that she could get.
