Courtney is amazing!!! She had helped me with my mindfulness and what to do when my anxiety gets out of control! Definitely know what two way communication means!
I've been working with Ms Courtney Chism. She has made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable when talking to her. I love that she give me homework, lol. But overall, the amount of care she has for her profession, I recommend her to anyone who is needing to talk.
I have been seeing Stephanie Brown for a little over a month and she is the best! She is very sweet and so helpful. She helped me build the confidence to quit my toxic job and has supported me while trying to find a new one. I would absolutely recommend her!
Stephanie Brown is quite honestly the best therapist I’ve ever had. In the past I would always find I couldn’t really relate to a counselor or felt extremely judged or unheard. Not in this case. I am so grateful to finally have found someone to talk to that will actually listen and really put things into perspective in ways I may not have been able to understand on my own. 10/10 definitely recommend! She has been a true lifesaver for my relationship and myself!
