I'm very new to my therapist, this was to be my second appointment but my therapist didn't show up for our virtual appointment. I'm sure she just got busy and couldn't get away. It hasn't left me with any negative feelings at all. I'm very confident that my experience here will be truly helpful.
We get a cancelation at 1138p. Then when we called to see what was going, we were informed that there was a glitch in the system. Received a txt at 151a and 2am that the in person appt was with provider at 9a. PTO is taken from work and child missed school this morning to arrive and be told that her appt was cancelled. Ignis unsure if psychplus is the issue or the provider, but the professionalism is lacking significantly. On calling psych+ no resolution.
I loved my experience! The Dr. Made me feel very comfortable. From the introduction in the beginning to the ending of our session I finally felt relaxed talking to the right person. In the environment he put me in, in JESUS name has GOD assuring me my healing process has begun!
Brandi is an awesome therapist. She is so great at listening and giving great feedback. I feel so heard and acknowledged by her. One thing that I really respect and admire about Brandi, Most therapist that I’ve spoken to in the past are always very punctual when ending the session, but Brandy is so good at resolving what we’re talking about before wrapping up the session.
