We get a cancelation at 1138p. Then when we called to see what was going, we were informed that there was a glitch in the system. Received a txt at 151a and 2am that the in person appt was with provider at 9a. PTO is taken from work and child missed school this morning to arrive and be told that her appt was cancelled. Ignis unsure if psychplus is the issue or the provider, but the professionalism is lacking significantly. On calling psych+ no resolution.
I'm very new to my therapist, this was to be my second appointment but my therapist didn't show up for our virtual appointment. I'm sure she just got busy and couldn't get away. It hasn't left me with any negative feelings at all. I'm very confident that my experience here will be truly helpful.
I loved my first appointment. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. She gave me time to speak and didn't just act like she knew how I felt.
