Emmanuel Robinson was really good. Ge really made me feel comfortable in sharing things with him and was very professional. Highly recommend.
They didn't tell us they didn't see patients on Medicare. We were going to pay cash anyways. So they said we had to cancel our session. Then they changed me a 135 dollar cancelation fee.
Getting started was easy, scheduling was seamless and I am pleased with the therapist I was matched with given my needs. Everyone is very professional.
I feel comfortable with my counselor. The process is slow but I have confidence we will make progress! My only complaint would be the computer connection using ZOOM. I've experienced technical difficulties with the camera and staying connected. It's probably me, the user and my equipment?
Gay Hunter is magnificent. She has a great sense of humor and we kicked it off immediately. I feel very comfortable talking to her and the feedback she gave me made me feel validated.
