We had our first couples counseling session with therapist Lisa . We had a very good first session and Lisa was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Mr. Reyes was a comfortable presence. And, I appreciate his approach.
Nadja Hines is an exceptional therapist, who has helped me work through issues tremendously both personally and professionally. She is a therapist that truly cares.
5 stars for my therapist. 3 stars because of the lame environment. For a counseling office, it’s very upsetting that the waiting area is very bland & even more upsetting that every room is the same. To be honest, I don’t care about well known professionals, psychiatrists, etc. that’s plastered over the walls. Throw in some positive affirmations or something instead. Started using thriveworks last year. The billing department is a joke and doesn't work well with your insurance. They will not charge you right away then hit your account for hundreds without warning. They outsource for the billing department and a manager is never available. They can't explain their charges at all. It's all online on some confusing spreadsheet. Don't use them. It's a scam.
