Sends me a bill one year later after I discontinued this service telling me I need to pay this bill from last year. When I left Thriveworks last year I received one bill for 5 different appointments and when I called billing about this, I was told not to worry about it because they were billing insurance. Haven't heard a thing from them untill one year later. Cody is absolutely incredible! My husband and I have started to grow closer and really understand each other better! Cody's is great when explaining different things and translating what we may not understand, i also enjoy his homework that he gives its not just talk but imediate action! we always look forward to our sessions!
I really appreciate the work that Cody has done so far with our 11 y/o son. He understands how parents play a huge role in children’s emotional and psychological well being and uses a holistic approach to help our entire family. We felt heard and accepted and every session we walk away with more tools in our tool box.
Cody was on time, welcoming, efficient with the intake process and happy to answer any questions I had as it was my first time in therapy. He was kind, understanding and even gave me homework to get me started.
Will charge you fees even if you cancel outside their 48 hour window. Staff is unresponsive via email. Not worth wasting your time with.
