My therapist was amazing. If you get Nakeisha Mcgee you won't be disappointed. I wish I could give this a 5 star rating. I lost power and my phone never charged overnight like usual so I missed my appointment and was charged $135. I was told I could speak to billing in 20 minutes and never got to speak with anyone after a 1 hour hold. If you are wealthy enough I advise you use Thriveworks. If you have a family I don't recommend using them since they just want your money.
NaKeisha McGee is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist! After seeing more than one provider, feeling misunderstood after every visit, it’s so nice to finally come away from a visit knowing that I was seen and heard. It’s like talking to the best friend that tells you everything you need to hear but in the most compassionate way.
I would highly recommend Nakeisha McGee to anyone looking for a new therapist. She caters to everyone but as an African American woman it's so important to see representation in this space. I am extremely proud of her and grateful to always have a listening ear. Don't hesitate to reach out and schedule with her. You won't regret it.
Nakeisha McGee is an extraordinary professional. You can tell she takes pride in how she does her job and that it’s more than just a career choice for her. She’s gifted to help others and make you feel that you have a safe space with her.
It was a great experience. The counselor was very attentive and experienced. Sadly, we will not be able to continue our sessions due to my screw up. I tried 5 therapists the day I set up my appointment with Thriveworks and they were the only ones to answer the phone.
