I have nothing negative to say about Danielle Ginter. But Thrive I have nothing good to say either. When I called a couple weeks ago I made it clear I wasn’t looking for medication and we booked an appointment. Well my appointment was rescheduled for a week later due to her being out of the office which was fine but only to find out my appointment with her was kind of a waste of time since she writes scripts for meds. These people are a joke. They billed me when they told me they weren't going to bill me and when they finally resolved that I get a text saying that my appointments were canceled without my canceling them. Accompanying the cancellations was an email stating that due to my problems my therapist was no longer able to see me with a referral somewhere else. At the time I write this I was supposed to have an appointment today. I have covid but I had Telehealth appointments which would have been fine but apparently their staff isn... read more
First I verify what my copay should be. Then they bill me the wrong amount apologize and tell me it won’t happen again. Then they bill me even more. United Health Care uses them. United Health tells me I don’t have to pay it. I ask for that in writing and they wouldn’t give that to me. It’s 2023 and that is extremely unprofessional and a joke. The problem is Thriveworks billing not the providers/professionals I was working with. CMS has been informed.
Danielle was great. To bad that she only does zoom meetings and not one on one.
I’m truly listened to and I feel Kelly will actually help me
