Latrina is the best therapist I have talked to in years. I struggle with memory loss and anxiety and she was able to address both issues in just the first session. I love the way she gets information and make you feel safe, understood and comforted. she is really amazing. I feel blessed to be paired with her.
I have a nothing but positive things to say about Thriveworks and my therapist, Carlos Guitierez. He is a young man. He is an excellent therapist for his age. I am 68 and am amazed at his level of insight into my problems and challenges. He quickly zeroed in on many of my life experiences which have affected me in negative ways. I highly recommend this therapist to others.
Carlos is an actual lifesaver. Every Monday I’m like on the edge of seat waiting to talk to him. His approach to Therapy feels More like a collaboration vs Someone throwing a bunch of big words at me that I don’t understand.or stupid motivational quotes. Actual practical help and tools on problem solving. In real time. I was with an another Therapist for five years I felt like no progress with me. I’ve been seeing Carlos for five sessions. I feel like a different person.
I liked the intake representative very much, and I have faith there are probably good counselors at Thriveworks. However the therapist I spoke with would consistently interrupt me when I attempted to answer his questions, roll his eyes, and tell me I wasn't answered what he asked. The interruptions were so constant that I felt like nothing was right and now I needed therapy to help me recover from therapy.
