I’m sure the provider I saw (Janet) can provide adequate services for others and perhaps I caught her on an off day, but she was just not a good fit for me and there were a couple company red flags that raised. Left our session with Janet feeling disappointed. 90% of the session was spent providing information on family …. names ages of our kids, parents, siblings, etc. all of which could have been handled with a simple online portal. My wife attended but questioned why she was even there as very little input was asked of her. The therapy is equivalent to a small/local practice, but the billing department is a faceless conglomerate of awful nonsense that you should avoid at all costs (or it'll cost you). (To update this review, I have contacted ThriveWorks and they have not resolved the billing issue. They stated multiple times they would work on it, call me back, etc and each time they dropped the ball after doing nothing).
I was nervous at first, but my therapist Rebecca made me feel incredibly comfortable. I look forward to our next appointment.
What a joke! The therapist was late to the first appointment, the second one she totally forgot about. Then when you try to cancel your counseling, they never actually cancel it and then when you don't show up to an appointment your not supposed to have, they charge you 135 dollars. What a joke this place is.
