Accommodating, kind, and professional staff. Dr.Leon is an amazing therapist! This was the first time I received therapy and felt anxious about opening up to someone. Dr. Riley has been wonderful. She has helped me navigate through some deep rooted unhealthy emotions, she’s an active listener and provides realistic solutions. She’s transparent, passionate about helping her patients and consistent. Best Therapist I’ve ever encountered. I feel blessed to have her guidance.
I booked an appointment through a work benefit called Lyra with Victoria Velazquez. Waited for 30 minutes and she was a no-show even though I had emails confirming our appointment. Receptionists were extremely unprofessional and only told me she wasn't there after I asked them what was going on after sitting around for 30 minutes. They also had no answer as to why this happened. As someone looking for help with my mental health for the first time, this was a very disappointing and challenging experience.
