Re-Siding our house and putting a metal roof on it was a huge decision. We checked out different companies and chose Thunder Bay. Thunder Bay provided excellent service, a beautiful new roof, and a totally online experience for us, as we were in another state while the work was done. Not only did they work efficiently but also when we had something come up that prevented the team from getting the job done that was our fault, they were understanding and rescheduled with no problems. From start to finish, I experienced second-to-none PROFESSIONALISM. Steve, one of the owners, shared my options and asked my long-term goals for my property, which helped me determine next steps. Where do I even begin? If 'disaster' was a roofing company, it would be this one. I hired them to replace my shingles, and it's been a nightmare from start to finish. First, they showed up two days late, no call, no explanation. Then, the crew was incredibly unprofessional – loud music, smoking on the job, and I swear I saw one of them take a nap in my backyard. I CANNOT say enough good things about Thunder Bay! We have had some questionable experiences with roofers in the past but Thunder Bay COMPLETELY changed my perception of what contractors are like. Tom, Nick, and the whole crew were a joy to work with-the work was done quickly and the quality was great! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
