Thunder Bay provided excellent service, a beautiful new roof, and a totally online experience for us, as we were in another state while the work was done. Not only did they work efficiently but also when we had something come up that prevented the team from getting the job done that was our fault, they were understanding and rescheduled with no problems. From start to finish, I experienced second-to-none PROFESSIONALISM. Steve, one of the owners, shared my options and asked my long-term goals for my property, which helped me determine next steps.
