Thunder Bay provided excellent service, a beautiful new roof, and a totally online experience for us, as we were in another state while the work was done. Not only did they work efficiently but also when we had something come up that prevented the team from getting the job done that was our fault, they were understanding and rescheduled with no problems. These guys are top notch. We hope you choose them!
I CANNOT say enough good things about Thunder Bay! We have had some questionable experiences with roofers in the past but Thunder Bay COMPLETELY changed my perception of what contractors are like. Tom, Nick, and the whole crew were a joy to work with-the work was done quickly and the quality was great! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
